To help us meet our growing business, we are looking for a Retail Skincare Specialist to join our team at Cavendish Clinic at Edinburgh, John Lewis.


Whether you love talking about skincare products or already have beauty consultant experience, this is your chance to really enjoy your career at Cavendish Clinic.

Previous experience within a retail/ commercial environment or aesthetic clinic is desirable, with additional knowledge in cosmeceutical skincare products considered a bonus, but the most important attribute is you Your enthusiasm to be part of a successful team and serve our clientele with the very best experience

The role:


Our skincare services are complemented with the most advanced professional skincare available, using medical grade ingredients that deliver results our patients love and deliver skin that looks and feels fabulous every day.

We build and maintain positive working relationships with patients, providing excellent standards of customer service and working collaboratively to maintain exceptional clinical settings.


Duties:

  • Helping and advising customers of appropriate skincare products and treatment information to enable them to reach their skincare goals
  • Supporting the team with offering a warm welcome, issuing consultation paperwork, and taking payments at the end of the client's treatment
  • Supporting the clinic to maintain the right quantity of stock, and notifying the Clinic Manager of what stock is needed
  • Doing your bit to comply with the HIS regulations
  • Providing a little admin support to the Clinic Manager if needed (our Clinic Manager is also an Aesthetician so is often with clients).
