You'll be working for Saint-Gobain Abrasives which is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK and the only manufacturer that offers a complete range of Abrasive products supported by exceptional quality and innovation.

- You will be confident and competent in specifying products and carrying out on site demonstrations, proactively adding value to your customer base by promoting the value and benefits of our products.

- You will be as pleased with your own successes as you are in sharing those with the team, and supporting your colleagues with their challenges.
What will I be doing in the role?
Our Territory Sales Manager (North) role is really important to our success and a critical part of our customer's positive experience with us.
You willhave responsibility for the sales growth and customer management within a specific account portfolio by:
- increasing customer knowledge / awareness of our solutions through visits to distributors, merchants, contractors and other key decision makers. You will deliver training, presentations and support marketing initiatives.
- working closely with and supporting the National and Key account managers to drive sales and growth initiatives through the sales team at branch and regional level.
- building rewarding partnerships with your customer base, promoting service excellence and identifying customer drivers, trends and influences to assist in shaping your territory strategy
- managing your customer base from day to day issues and transactions to the identification of sales growth opportunities in line with short to medium term business objectives.
