Sales Progressor - Durham - Up to £25,000

You will become part of one of the leading multi discipline property group who cover the North East, Durham Dales and North Yorkshire.

Not only are they a leading Estate Agent, they offer services such as Surveying, Commercial Property Management, Rural Land Management, Lettings and more.


Based in the Durham office, you will play an integral part in the sales operation, ensuring that property sales get through to exchange and completion.

Progression opportunities are readily available within the business which makes it a great environment to be in and team to be part of

What you will be doing

  • To liaise with buyers, sellers and other parties within the chain, instructing solicitors
  • Completion of property information
  • Following up enquiries raised
  • Chasing Exchange of Contracts
  • Progressing sales from offer agreed to completion
  • Guide clients throughout the process of the sale
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Dealing with additional actions your buyers will need to take

What you will have

  • Experience in Estate Agency Sales
  • Work effectively as a team player
  • Be organised and able to work under pressure
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious
  • Have a confident personality with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You will have an interest and knowledge of the rural/agricultural world
