Sales Progressor

Yield Investing are looking for an ambitious and organised individual to fill the role of Sales Progressor within a fast moving and growing company.

The main role of the position is to proactively communicate between clients and solicitors to effectively take new sales from start to finish. This means understanding the process and steps required to complete a property transaction, whilst being able to gather information to relay to all parties in order to make progress with the sale.

Other roles within the position include managing post sale requirements with the clients, organising and managing key documents, liaising with the sales team effectively, producing brochures from templates of new properties, managing stock lists and CRM systems and administrative tasks for the directors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicating effectively with clients and solicitors
- Gathering information on transactions and working with each party to progress the sale
- Building strong relationships with clients and solicitors
- Managing the post sale with the client and organising key documents
- Updating spreadsheets to manage property information
- Creating brochures from set templates for new listings
- Liaising with the sales consultants effectively
- Managing stock lists for new properties and sold properties
- Understanding and managing CRM systems

Experience

We're ideally looking for someone who has worked in a similar role before and understands property transactions for purchasing/selling.

This role comes with an impressive commission formula that is payable on top of the set salary each month to incentivise effective management and swift transactions.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
