We are looking for someone who can:

  • Be a positive role model for our children; supporting their independence, inspiring their curiosity, and developing their vocabulary
  • Use children's interests to create spaces to support children's selfregulatory skills, develop children's imagination and inspire new and emergent interests
  • To be able to work in partnership with parents, building and maintaining open and transparent relationships, supported by facetoface progress reviews and coffee and cake mornings (yum).
  • Use their knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS to bring new ideas and passion to the existing team.

You must be willing to complete your Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare to be considered for this role
