The Corporate Administrator will primarily assist the Corporate Team in providing first-class administration support to the IFA's and their clients.

The goal is to provide timely and efficient administration and technical support while demonstrating excellent customer service to our IFA's and AFH Wealth Management's organisational strategy.


Key Responsibilities as our Corporate Administrator (Core) will include:

  • Work as part of a team and accept a shared responsibility for colleagues/workloads within team as required.
  • Provide full administrative support to clients and IFA's ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Deal with daytoday administration of corporate clients including queries from scheme members and IFA's.
  • Arrange and confirm client meetings and prepare the associated paperwork for the IFA's.
  • Prepare portfolio reports for annual review client meetings in a timely manner.
  • Process joiners and leavers of company pension schemes ensuring their details are kept up to date.
  • Deal with clients change of address or contact details.
  • Review the monthly invoices to ensure that they are issued correctly.
  • Production of illustrations in preparation for the paraplanners to prepare the client suitability reports.
  • Liaise with advisers and paraplanners on cases ensuring that the client is kept up to date on progress.
  • Preparation of basic suitability fund switch reports for clients.
  • Preparation of enclosure documents for suitability reports ready for issuing to the client/IFA.
  • Process group death in service scheme renewals including requesting/preparing information, checking, and negotiating with the provider.
  • Deal with Letters of Authority, liaising with the providers to conclusion and keeping the client and IFA updated.
  • Review payroll data/pension scheme data in preparation for employer's approval/upload.
  • Prioritise your workload and carry out diary tasks in line with agreed service levels.
  • Accurately maintain backoffice systems and client records in line with company policies.
  • Routinely and consistently follow company procedures and compliance requirements.

What we are looking for in our ideal
Corporate Administrator (Core):

  • Experience of working in the Financial Services Sector in an insurance company, financial adviser practice or an administration role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good level of competency in Excel, Word, MS Teams, and Outlook
  • Effective organisational and planning skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to forge and develop relationships with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout and a keen eye for detail.
  • Broad knowledge of Group Personal Pension Schemes/Group SIPPs, Group Death in Service schemes would be desirable not essential.
