Position Title:
Senior Administrator

The Senior Administrator plays a crucial role, requiring prior experience in a similar capacity.

One of my fantastic clients is seeking a self-assured individual who can seamlessly integrate into a dynamic office environment and begin contributing immediately.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the finance department on ad hoc tasks, such as matching purchase orders to invoices.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and manage jobrelated matters efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company.
  • Maintain customer and tooling records, and upload PAT and HAV certificates to the system.
  • Generate delivery notes for customer shipments.
  • Prepare monthly KPI reports for their top clients.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for various purposes.
  • Perform basic administrative duties like scanning and filing.

  • Demonstrated experience in a busy and fastpaced office setting, with a strong background in administration.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and a quick learner when it comes to new systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, enabling effective prioritization and meeting deadlines.
  • Eagerness to acquire new technical skills as required.
  • Ability to build and maintain robust working relationships.
  • Skilled in multitasking to ensure timely completion of tasks.
