We are looking for staff who have energy, enthusiasm, commitment and drive and who are patient-centred.

Our team is based in Glan Irfon Health Care centre in Builth wells. We have our own office, and we also have another office in Rhayader.

We are a friendly team and like to support each other with our work, learning experiences, excellent patient care and providing a service to the community.

We pride ourselves on working with the ethos 'be the nurse you want to nurse with.'

Please see details of the role within the job description.

However, we are looking for a deputy team leader who is willing to work with the team in moving forward with the changes in District Nursing.

A positive, proactive, good communicator and empathetic approach is required to ensure we can meet new challenges ahead such as starting a leg club, prioritising district nursing care, utilising electronic systems such as WCCIS, EMIS and Malinko.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic district nurse who will embrace the challenges of leading and developing a community nursing team, supporting and deputising for the team leader.
