I am searching for a dedicated individual to oversee a 30-bed care home equipped with modern amenities, providing specialized care and nursing services.

The facility is located in picturesque surroundings with a view of a river in the historic market town of Builth Wells.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing leadership, role modeling, and inspirational abilities to inspire the team to provide top-quality care
  • Efficiently managing resources, including the financial performance of the service, and ensuring high occupancy levels
  • Promoting improvement, independence, and choice for service users
  • Adhering to all regulatory and legal requirements consistently

Requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
