Based in a modern purpose built Employee Service Centre at the Castle Hill Hospital and working with the Employee Service Centre Manager, you'll be given all the support you need to:

Support the transition to, and development of, a modern integrated Employee Service Centre that provides an efficient, effective and supportive service.

Provide effective and professional HR services for all levels of medical staff across the Trust.

Support the delivery of a high quality, customer focused, and measurable service.


Support the development of a team that is professional, attentive and supportive and always seeks to improve wherever and whenever needed.
