What you bring to the role:

  • You'll have experience in lease sales (or broker/automotive sales roles)
  • You're great with people, able to connect with our customers and motivated by delivering 5* customer service.
  • You're ambitious for yourself and eager to learn as much as possible.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are passionate about what you do

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll join our EV Specialist team - an energetic, dynamic team with a focus on customer results and high performance.
  • You will help customers choose the right lease for them and support them through the process.
  • In this role, you'll receive 100% inbound, warm leads - your customers will be interested in leasing a vehicle through the employee benefit we offer.
  • With our training, you'll become a true product expert, giving you the confidence to deliver a first-class service.
  • Follow your development plan to kick-start your career.
