The Band 4 Assistant Practitioner will be working alongside the MDT to provide intensive stroke specific therapy based on goals identified by the patient within their own home or other non acute placements.

There will be an expectation to manage a caseload under supervision of registered therapists with support and training as required.

This is a generic role so will include speech and language, physiotherapy and occupational therapy.
