You'll report into the Head of Retail and lead five AreaManagers covering our retail business .

You'll partner with various key stakeholdersacrossthe businessincludingHR, Retail Operations, Propertyand Marketing to ensure that our long-term expansion plansand visionare executed.

You willbe responsible fortheco-creation,execution, andimplementationofour retail business strategy across your geographicalregionensuring that our brand and FOAM valuesare at the forefrontof everything we do.

Please note, this role will require 3-4 days per week travel across your region.
You will bean inspirational field-based leaderwho is resilientand operatesat pace,rolemodelling andrepresenting the Rituals brand and Foam values.

Leading a team of Area Manager's to run their respective geographical areas of retail stores, the Regional Manager will maximise salesand profit performance, whilst developing the area and store teams to be the best at what they do.

Youwill also effectively manage the regional KPIs and work closely with our regional training team, andour marketingteamto continue to grow brand awarenessensuringour frontline teams deliver best in class customerexperience.

Work closely with theareateamsto identify areas of development and create a training needs analysisandplanfor in-store managers and their teams to maximise sales performanceand deliver best in class customer experience as our USP.

Partner with HRto continuously reviewemployee engagement in line with our engagement surveys, setting action plans,areareviewstocontinuallyimprove theregionENPS score.

Plan weekly store visits with the Area Manager's,coaching and developing the area and storeteams tobe best in class whilst maintainingoperationalexcellenceanddrive performance resultsto allow the customer to be at the heart of what we do.

Pro-actively defineregionaction plans, in conjunctionwith the Head of Retail, to continuouslyincrease performance, optimise operations,attract, recruit,retain and developtoptalentwhilstmaximisingpeople engagement.
Analyse weekly salesandloss prevention KPI'sreporting any risks and opportunitiesto the Head of Retail/wider businessandset actions withAreaManagers as needed to drive performance in line with targets
Drivegrowthon store productivity in line withtargets,coachingArea Manager'sas needed on schedulingto reflect.
Carry out quarterlyareaperformance reviews withAreaManagersand ensure a robust PDP is in place fortheir development

Carry out quarterly talent management reviews in conjunction with the HRBPand respective Area Manager'sto ensure a live succession plan is in place for theregion.

Ensure compliance is met at an area level in terms of recruitment, onboarding and probation in conjunction with the HR team
Take action on underperformance and non compliance in line with the Rituals code of conduct, disciplinary and capability procedures
Educate theAreaManager's onarea/storeperformance objectiveswhilst supporting them to breakdowninto store sales and KPI targetswith tangible actions to achieve.
Understand the training needs and support needed to achieveareaactions plans,arranging the required resources to improvethearea.
Ensure the store visit app is completedon a cyclical basis in line with business expectations.
Hold regular 121swithkeystakeholders & Area Manager'sto review region performance, share insights and agreefutureplans.
Ensure yourArea Managementteam participateinand completeproduct, service, operational and leadership trainingin line with Rituals expectations.

Interactwith the widerCHO andLHOteams,Training, HR, Retail Operations & Marketingto foster positive working relationships, givingmeaningful feedback and utilise expertise to driveregionalperformance.

Previous RegionalManagementexperiencedesirable,preferably inthe salesretail/luxury/hospitality industry.
Full clean driving license is mandatoryand ability to travel round the UK required.
Experienced in leading, managing and developing a field-based team.
