Property Maintenance Operative

Cumbria Community Homes are seeking an all-round property maintenance operative to carry out necessary works on their properties within Barrow and surrounding areas.


You will be familiar with basic DIY skills, such as: hanging curtain poles and blinds, removing and replacing sealants around toilets, bathrooms and sinks.

Some basic plumbing skills are required to help fix small leaks, unblock lavatories, sinks and baths.

Ability to fix and/or and replace door locks is essential.

Ability to fit windows and doors would be beneficial.

Basic joinery skills are desirable.

Experience with void clearance and end of tenancy cleans essential.

Previous work with Housing Associations would be advantageous.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year
