Contracts Manager, Hamilton

Salary range: £55,000 to £65,000 per year + Bonus, Company Car & Pension

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of multiple contracts.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Plan projects, including resource and material scheduling.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide effective solutions for success.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve results and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in construction and civils, particularly in road planing and surfacing projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
