Key responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of multiple contracts.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Plan projects, including resource and material scheduling.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide effective solutions for success.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve results and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Solid background in construction and civils, particularly in road planing and surfacing projects.
- Thorough knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
