THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, you'll be defining campaigns and owning CRM strategies

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Defining campaign strategies
  • Work on customer segmentation and targeting
  • Building out new customer journeys

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Good communication skills
  • Experience using Adobe campaign (desirable, not necessary)
  • Experienced in managing stakeholder expectations
  • HTML experience

THE BENEFITS
