Broadacres Apprenticeships


Broadacres Housing Association is searching for 5 motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams in Broadacres in an apprenticeship capacity.

As an apprentice at Broadacres, you'll have the chance to acquire valuable hands-on experience in the housing sector while progressing towards a nationally recognized qualification.

This year we're looking to hire in the following areas:

Heating and Gas

Painting

Joinery

Social Care

ICT

Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the housing association, which includes property management and maintenance, support and back-office tasks, and customer assistance activities.
  • Understanding the core functions of a housing association and acquiring practical skills in your designated area.
  • Helping the team with various tasks and other required duties.
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in the housing sector.
  • Contributing to team meetings and projects, and taking on more responsibilities as you grow in skills and confidence.
