Key responsibilities of the Assistant Reception Manager role:
- Ensure the reception area operates smoothly and efficiently
- Supervise the team to maintain high standards of customer service

Requirements for this role:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Background in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private club setting
- Ability to uphold exceptional customer service standards
Working hours:
The position requires flexibility, as you will work on a rota basis, 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday. Shifts may vary between the operating hours of 7am and 3am. Please note that the club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays, and during Christmas each year.
