We now have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our Property Services department to carry out day-to-day, repairs, void works, cyclical and planned maintenance activities.


The role


You will specialise in providing with plumbing services and support the maintenance team in providing a quality maintenance service and an excellent customer service for Squared customers and support the maintenance team in providing a quality maintenance service whilst providing excellent customer service for Squared customers.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures and fittings as required.
  • Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety and functionality.
  • Installing kitchens and bathrooms including material preparation and handling.
Additionally, you will provide support in analysing and improving the processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

About you
We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in plumbing.


You will also have experience of working as a multi-skilled tradesperson with experience in carpentry/joinery patch repair, painting, tiling, plastering repairs, light groundworks such as installing fence panels, flooring repairs, drylining, ironmongery repairs etc.

Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence will be required.
