Role summary

Drive Quality Digitization agenda focusing on category led organization. Develop and deploy Digital and System strategy driving efficiency and simplification.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Handle the deployment of Quality systems, platforms and tools that enable the organisation towards simplification and process excellence. Handle and drive the digitalization agenda in line with customer requirements as well as organisational objectives and needs. Contribute to performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives by providing consumer data and insights. Continuously analyse the efficiency of existing quality systems and develop effective plans for future upgrades/simplification. Support and lead Quality systems deployment across the factories/end markets in line with the strategy. Drive a standard approach to consumer care through digitization that is up to date and fit for purpose whilst remaining aligned with global processes. Lead the delivery of consumer care workstreams relating to digitization, contributing to the way consumer care is coordinated into the wider quality and innovation agenda. Handle and cooperate with a variety of partners across the categories to resolve shared objectives to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Responsible for coordinating the deployment of digital processes and systems needed to measure and report on consumer happiness, issues, and complaints. This includes supporting the design, development, and embedding of end to end customer care processes aligned to the global strategy whilst handling specific local requirements (. call center, device and consumable retrieval process, device hyper care service). Lead the collation of global consumer care information, such as consumer complaints from end markets, to ensure integration into digital platforms and reporting to senior management and other key partners.

Experience, skills, knowledge

Experience Required

Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment, with experience in quality management and supporting innovation and continuous improvement. Experience working in a highly regulated multi category environment (. pharmaceutical, healthcare, personal care or electronics). Experience of driving digital transformation in Quality/Operations with strong product/process knowledge. Experience of working in Project Management roles. Experience of working in IT/DBS in Operations/Commercial.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work across functions and projects optimally. Good understanding of analytics tools and automation Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence related usage for improving performance

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

Degree or equivalent in IT, Business or Engineering related field.
