Quality Technician

Implement the Quality Management System, quality methods and processes at Fawley.
Work 12-hour day shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off, and operate as part of the Fawley team, supporting Group Lead & Operatives to achieve agreed quality standards.
To resolve errors, you will monitor and execute in-process inspection and educate the Fawley team.
Documenting evidence of walk down inspection within QDA (Quality Data Analysis) inspection plans and iAuditor systems
Raise, case handle and coordinate non-conformance issues in SAP NCR for issues raised at Fawley
Report quality performance to identify critical issues, helping to prioritise improvement projects.
Work as part of the wider team to identify defect root causes, containment, and corrective actions as part of our continuous quality improvement activities
Involved in the ISO 9001 audits, project certification and Customer inspection activities
Be involved in internal audits, where necessary
Review of blade status and documentation completioto customers
