Sackmaker are looking for an experienced Admin assistant to join our small team at our Office/Factory in Rutherglen, Glasgow

You will need minimum 2 years experience in general admin & customer service duties & be familiar working with transport companies, Import/ Export documentation & Letters of Credit.

We are looking for a reliable, confident, quick learner with versatile attitude & good telephone manner & IT skills, able to work accurately & efficiently with Sage & CRM systems.

Duties include:

General admin including inputting/ processing data on Sage 50:


  • Preparing & processing Import/ Export documentation:
-
Liaising with transport companies/ couriers regarding deliveries:


  • Liaising with customer & suppliers to confirm order details

Hours: 9am to 5pm Mon to Thu & 4pm finish Friday
