As the highest rated attraction in several cities across England, Footprints Tours provides tours to thousands of visitors every week.

We are recruiting a reliable and punctual individual with a positive attitude and a passion for the city of Oxford to work with us as a sales assistant in the Oxford Tourist Information Centre.

What will you do in this role?
The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • assisting customers and tourists with a variety of queries;
- providing excellent customer service at all times;
- maintain an organized, clean, and inviting work environment;
- maintain inventory of product in your area;
- assist with the coordination of and check-in process for a number of tours; and
- assisting with various other ad hock tasks assigned to you.
