Motor - Team Leader - Liverpool - Up to £32,000 - REF AF
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm, it is now seeking to appoint a Team Leader who will be accountable for managing a team of Pre-Litigated Paralegals, you will be responsible for the management of junior team members.
- Excellent technical knowledge of Motor claims
- Experience of managing team members
- Experience of reviewing and allocating new claims
- Developed knowledge of processes, systems and procedures
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Strong organisation and timemanagement skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
