Reed Marketing and Creative are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join a forward thinking, growing team within the professional services industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing the firm's marketing and business development strategies and plans, working closely with stakeholders and the wider BD & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a flexible, ambitious, and enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' attitude, ready to take on a role that is integral to the growth and development of the BD&M function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned groups, ensuring swift, helpful, and efficient responses, clear communications, and adherence to timeframes.
  • Coordinate BD&M meetings, take notes, circulate action points, and follow up to ensure progress on activity and project plans.
  • Lead the execution of high-quality seminars, events, and conference programmes, both in-person and virtual.
  • Maximise opportunities from sponsorships and partnerships, including data collation and activity tracking.
  • Drafting and managing external communication pieces including: social media communications, website pages, insight pieces, articles, press releases and marketing collateral including capability statements, brochures, presentations and other client communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Marketing role, ideally within a regulated/professional services environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to lead discussions and manage meetings effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and confident approach.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload and maintain professionalism.
  • Advanced desktop publishing skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; familiarity with Vuture, Interaction, and Canva is beneficial.
