As HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee all aspects of human resource management. What you'll need to succeed
- To be considered for this role, you must have 3+ years' experience as HR Manager with a total of 7 years' experience in the field of HR.
- Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering setting is preferred.
- You must be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and well-developed analytical skills.
- Candidates for consideration should have a relevant Degree, such as Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
- Those with CPHR designation will be particularly highly regarded.
