As HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee all aspects of human resource management. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will devise and lead HR initiatives, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive employee engagement. This is a newly created role that provides the opportunity to shape the HR function and processes. We strongly believe in continuous improvement and would like to identify a forward-thinking HR leader that is willing to challenge the status quo.

What you'll need to succeed

  1. To be considered for this role, you must have 3+ years' experience as HR Manager with a total of 7 years' experience in the field of HR.
  2. Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering setting is preferred.
  3. You must be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and well-developed analytical skills.
  4. Candidates for consideration should have a relevant Degree, such as Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
  5. Those with CPHR designation will be particularly highly regarded.
