You will be working alongside experienced and supportive staff, with children aged 2,3 and 4 years of age. Hours of work are between 8.30am and 4pm, Monday to Friday in term time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Maintain a clean and organised playroom environment
  • Ability to work both as a member of a team and on own initiative.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children

Person specification

  • Experience of the childcare and early education sector (_Essential _)
  • Demonstrable detailed knowledge of current legislation relevant to the Early Years. e.g. EYFS, Safeguarding, health & safety etc (_Essential _)
  • Food hygiene (_Desirable)_
  • Paediatric First Aid (_Desirable_)
