We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team, performing the cash management activities of AXA Entities operations, over-seen in our Redhill Office.


What you'll be doing:

  • Perform with the team of Treasury Assistants all treasury activities, ensuring proper forecasting of cash flow and constant optimization of the number of bank accounts
  • Manage claims and assistance payments, corrections and returns.
  • Be point of contact for operational queries on payment processing and status
  • Manage bank queries and KYC requests with operations
  • Issue the monthly cash report
  • Ensure the bank transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • Optimize the bank charges and limit the FX exposure (Balance Sheet by currency)
  • Constantly look for optimizing the cash management processes
  • Ensure the Treasury processes are properly documented and the related internal controls are properly conducted
  • Provide proper reporting to Group treasury team

Your Profile

  • GCSE grade C or above
  • Accounting or financial accreditation or working towards desired.
  • Previous finance experience a distinct advantage
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Highly analytical
  • Good communication skills
