About the Role:

As a Factory Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

You will be responsible for managing teams of 12 to 30 employees, working on a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift rota.

Your strong communication skills and team management abilities will be essential in maintaining high standards of performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage production teams of varying sizes, ranging from 12 to 30 members.
  • Ensure efficient operation of production lines, maintaining quality and productivity standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate activities.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the factory.
  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise teams of 12 to 30 employees.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work on a 4 on 4 off 12hour shift rota.
  • Proactive and problemsolving mindset.
