A great opportunity has arisen for a customer service temp to work for a stylish, online luxury retailer who are growing from strength to strength in the industry

Responsibilities:

  • Manage short orders by liaising between the customer and warehouse to resolve orders that are short on stock
  • Manage a weekly customer service report
  • Working closely with the design & technical teams relaying relevant product and customer feedback
  • Populate claim forms for any orders that are lost or damaged in transit
  • Action refunds to customers in a timely manner
  • Regularly liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders are sent promptly, smoothly and any problems are resolved quickly.
  • Working closely with the Ecommerce manager to feed back customer satisfaction, comments and ways to improve the customer's post purchase journey
  • Must have experience in a fashion head office customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient computer skills
