We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Cardiff Gate.Reporting to the Business Support Manager you will support the effective operational delivery of membership and customer subscriptions processing, finance reconciliation, departmental administration support and audit to agreed performance goals.This will include:
  • Processing new membership applications and re-instatements.
  • Processing payments via Direct Debit, cash and cards.
  • Processing and responding to member and customer enquiries.
  • Undertaking membership system tasks that support the membership subscription management.
  • Compiling reports and analysis on membership income received.
  • Undertake audits of CRM records and departmental processes.
The successful candidate must have: -
  • Previous office administration experience in a similar role.
  • IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet and diary software.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence to customers and colleagues in a professional manner both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience of analysing information from data and translating finding to communicate appropriately.
  • Ability to plan work, prioritise according to business neds and work to tight timescales.
This is a full-time hybrid role working 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
