We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service administrator to join our clients team in Smethwick.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this role is a vital part of our clients operation and requires excellent customer service skills and experience working in a busy office environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting internal and external customers
  • Administering customer requirements efficiently
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and following through to completion in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records both manually and on systems where required
  • Proactively communicating any potential service issues internally and externally
  • Handling calls and all elements of customer service
  • Interacting with all departments to resolve issues
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office systems
  • Must be selfmotivated, accurate and able to multitask
  • A positive work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working hours are 08:00am to 05:00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:
£23,000 per year
