About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic office environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated Customer Care Team at Eurox.
This position is a maternity cover (with potential to become permanent).
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, handling a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Order Management: Efficiently process customer orders and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and other important information in our CRM system.

Cross-Department Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Product Promotion: Inform customers about new and existing products, and offer alternatives when items are out of stock.

Report Management: Monitor and action the back-order report to ensure timely resolution.

Updating Customer Price Lists: Keep customer price lists up-to-date, which in turn updates the website.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).

Location: Based in Smethwick with a reliable commute or plans to relocate before starting work.
