_Do you have experience and knowledge of product development life cycle, engineering and electronics? Sepura is hiring a Hardware Design Authority to provide technical ownership for development projects to ensure a high quality, repeatable design that meets the agreed requirements._

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • At least 5 years proven industry experience in an equivalent role
  • Selfstarter with ability to demonstrate technical leadership within a multidisciplinary product development environment
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle principals
  • Broad experience of multidisciplinary electronics engineering product development
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure product designs fulfil functional and nonfunctional requirements and align with broader technical and architectural goals
  • Experience of specifying technical requirements and taking a lead role in delivering against these requirements
  • Experience aligning product development standards and frameworks with the business and technology strategy

Desirable:

  • Experience of RF communications system development
  • Experience interfacing with software development teams
