Contract Hardware Engineer - Cambridge - Outside IR35 - 6 Months.

Overview :

Contract type : Outside IR35

Length : Initial 6 months (possibility to extend)

Hours : 37 hours a week, onsite. (Client is happy to condense hours across 4 days.)

Rate : Competitive (£65-£85+ DoE)

An immediate requirement has come up for a principal hardware/baseband engineer to join a successful multinational Cambridge client who design, manufacture and distribute critical communications devices on an initial 6 month contract basis.

You'll be based on site at their Cambridge office, and will be involved in the full product development cycle, from concept through to manufacturing.

There are multiple positions available across a range of disciplines, so experience in any of the below areas is welcomed:

  • Root cause analysis for signal integrity
  • High speed digital design
  • PCie, USB3.0, SATA, HDMI, MIPI DSI,
  • Power supplies for low noise, low power designs
  • Baseband electronics design.
