Chilworth Partnership (also trading as Venture Recruitment Partners) are working with a leading and internationally operating Financial Services business, based close to Soho, in their search for an Associate Director of FP&A.

Reporting to the European Head of FP&A, responsibilities will include:

Manage and assist the business planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for the European part of the Group.

Drive the development of the MI platform to deliver quality business performance reporting and analysis, providing business Directors and managers with insightful analytics and reporting.

Ownership of Budget production, and assist with strategic planning.
Ownership of quarterly reforecasting & rolling 3–5-year business planning model.
Provide decision support and guidance to Business & Function Heads, and Group Management.
Provide business case support, review & challenge to Business & Function Heads in alignment with Group targets.
Provide detailed analysis to support queries, M&A related items, and potential investment opportunities.

You will:
Be a fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
Have extensive experience in FP&A at managerial level.
Have experience of owning and delivering high-quality reports, managing the budget and three-year planning cycle, supporting business plan development.
Hold both operational and strategic business acumen; able and motivated when driving continuous improvements.
Have strong excel modelling expertise.
Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP principles.
