The Finance Business Partner operates as a subdivision within the Finance department, striving to enhance managerial efficacy, mitigate financial risks, and fortify budget oversight by delivering comprehensive business analyses, insights, and management reports.



Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Support: Furnish valuable financial insights and recommendations to department heads and senior finance managers to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Financial Reports and Budget Tracking: Prepare detailed financial reports and meticulously track budgets while evaluating the financial performance of the business.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Close Procedures: Assist in closing key accounts, ensuring the accuracy of accruals and expense amortization.
  • Budget Control: Review project proposals for alignment with business requirements and oversee budget control measures.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine financial processes and associated systems to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders for seamless implementation.
  • Special Projects: Undertake ad hoc projects and conduct regular analyses to support business operations.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be necessary, up to once per quarter.


Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Experience: Solid experience in FP&A or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis; Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry: Background in internet, media, TMT, or digital advertising sector.
  • Language: Proficiency in European languages is advantageous.
