We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Facilities Assistant who is resilient, have excellent technical, administrative and customer service skills and are a natural problem solver to join our small, high profile facilities management team.


The Facilities Management Team provides premises management, health, and safety statutory checks, assists with incident control, financial and procurement administration.

We act as first point of contact for building users. We are a busy team, and each daybrings interesting challenges and tasks.

We have 1 position available:

  • 1 Full time 37 hours a week. The role will be based at Bridgwater House.
  • Although we are looking for someone who has experience in a health and safety environment or a similar role, we are seeking people with transferable skills and backgrounds.
  • Are you reactive, flexible and have a cando attitude?
  • Are you a reliable individual and team player who can work with mínimal supervision?
  • Do you have good communication skills, written and verbal?
  • Do you have a keen eye for detail?
