This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting edge organisation that continue to grow and are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their Ipswich based team.


Established in 1990 this cutting-edge organisation has developed into one of the largest independent distributors and providers of desktop services in the UK and are continuing to grow.

They operate in a number of vertical markets such as Education, Telecomsand Manufacturing Services and have adopted sales, support and logistics structures, which are totally focused on developing on-going value added relationships.


The role:
To support the team with administrative duties, you will be

  • Handling incoming calls for the department and liaising with customers over the phone.
  • Processing orders (full system training provided)
  • Producing quotations for customers
  • Chasing and escalating order with other departments and vendors
  • Producing daily and weekly reports for the team

The Ideal Person:
Excellent communication skills are essential along with a 'can do' attitude.

Previous Administration experience is essential.

Full system training is provided but a knowledge of spreadsheets would be an advantage.
