Role Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Essential duties to include but not limited to:

  • Be the guardian of our brand image and Deliver professional, discreet and courteous environment to all our patients
  • Provide all patients and potential patients with surgical and non surgical quotes in a timely manner.
  • Provide the best in class after care to all patients.
  • Work well in a small yet highly professional team to maximise customer satisfaction and develop a culture of superior quality patient care.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Ensure that all applicable records are complete, accurate, secure and readily available.
  • Support the clinic team with completing all necessary document work processes as required.
  • Perform other duties as necessary and assigned.
  • Assist Dermatologist when performing minor skin surgeries
  • Perform Skin Scanners

Qualifications and Skills
A good knowledge of clinical standards and procedures and experience of working to targets is essential

Flexible

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy is extremely advantageous

Working knowledge of Pabau

Proactive

Customer Service Focused

Drive and Deliver the best-in-class customer service experience

Ideally, you come from a background in a healthcare patient-facing position.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, willing to learn and not afraid of new challenges

Able to implement and execute protocols as well as procedures set within the clinic

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

Excellent attention to detail

Flexible attitude and Problem solving approach.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
