Overview:
We are developing our Nursing Team at Croft Hall Medical Practice and we are looking for some energetic nursing staff to help shape our growing service.
If you are an ANP, Practice Nurse, Nurse Associate or HCA and wanting a change that works for you, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Develop and implement care plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and selfcare techniques
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
- Utilize organisational and IT skills to effectively manage patient information
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience as a Nurse or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient in using IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to develop individualized plans for patients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
