We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Endoscopy Unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients from admission to discharge, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Participate in the maintenance and use of endoscopes, providing technical assistance during procedures and ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the Endoscopy Unit on a regular basis, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure the provision of high-standard nursing care to patients attending the Endoscopy Unit and Out-Patient clinics, working within agreed policies and procedures.
- Conduct individual assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge or transfer, producing documented evidence in agreed formats.
- Document patient care using the endoscopy unit care pathway, including written discharge and aftercare information for patients.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, other hospital departments, and outside agencies, providing patient-centered care.

Requirements:- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC.
