We are thrilled to announce that we are in search of a dynamic Resource Manager to join our team. This key role involves overseeing the smooth flow of customer work from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. The Resource Manager will be in charge of planning, tracking, and managing projects, closely collaborating with various departments to allocate resources wisely and meet project deadlines. Responsibilities

  • Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and projects to team members and freelancers based on their skills, availability, and workload capacity.
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and project timelines are clear.
  • Workflow Management: Develop and enforce workflows and processes to streamline work progression.
  • Communication: Act as a central point of contact between teams, departments, and clients to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Prioritisation: Evaluate project priorities and allocate resources to meet critical deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve potential project execution bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
  • Quality Control: Ensure approvals and reviews are completed before project delivery to clients or stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with clients or stakeholders on project progress, timelines, and updates.
  • Process Improvement: Surface and report workflow process challenges for enhancement.
  • System Super User: Champion the systems used within the organization and guide others on effective system utilization.
  • Training & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date guides to support processes, provide training to individuals and teams, and incorporate feedback into process/system improvements.
  • Resource Sourcing: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify necessary skills for work delivery and source suitable internal and external talent.
  • Capacity Planning: Keep teams informed of upcoming work and ensure readiness for work delivery.

Experience & skills required

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a traffic/resource role in an agency
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Real-time prioritisation ability
  • Use of resourcing tools to support job processes
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills
