We are looking to recruit Financial Services Support to join our Wealth team to will work closely with the Financial Planners and Technical Teams to ensure we deliver the best service to our clients within the Financial Services Industry

_Location is flexible for this role._

The Financial Services Support will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Preparing reports for a variety of simple investment recommendations
  • Preparing reviews and premeeting documents
  • Ensuring client data is kept up to date and accurate
  • Actioning a variety of administrative tasks as part of our advice process
  • Getting involved in various projects across the business

  • Experienced within the Financial Services Sector
  • Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Good communication and numerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service experience
  • Willing to learn
  • Looking for an opportunity to advance their career
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Certificate in Financial Services
