Job Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the housing team.
  • Manage and organise housing-related documents and files.
  • Support residents with any queries or questions
  • Prepare correspondence and reports as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with housing regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Administrator' should have:

  • A strong background in administration.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Good interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.

What's on Offer

  • An estimated hourly salary of £13 - £14 per hour
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
  • Potential to go permanent
