a. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with different kinds of people. b.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports. c. Providing administrative support to ensure the practice meets its targets. d.

Processing monthly patient recalls. e. Providing administrative support for GPs weekly residential and nursing home reviews. f.

Assisting in the practices immunisation campaigns. g. Maintaining accurate patient records on SystemOne h. Passion for helping people and providing personalised care.

i. In-depth understanding of the organisations policies and medical regulations. j. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for patients.

k. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and excel. l. Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.
