JOB TITLE:
Night Concierge



HOURS:
6.30am-6.30pm ( 4 days on, 4 days off )



SALARY:
£29,000 (increase after probation)


On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for an experienced and customer service focused Night Concierge to work at a Residential building in the City of London.


Job duties will include;

  • Meeting and greeting the residents and signing in guests and answer enquiries by telephone or from callers to the desk.
  • Taking in deliveries and logging parcels at the main reception desk, then issuing to residents.
  • Signing in contractors, ensuring that they have permission to be present in the building. Report any suspicious/unusual behaviour and calling the police if necessary
  • Issuing keys correct personnel/residents
  • Ensure all areas of the reception and common areas are kept tidy and well maintained at all times
  • Light maintenance works to communal area when necessary
  • To provide the highest level of customer service at all times as a representative of the building and company
  • To attend staff meetings and any other relevant meetings as directed
  • To attend training as required and agreed by the General Manager & Estates Manager
  • Health & Safety knowledge of the building would be beneficial
