Job Description:

Our esteemed Property business client is hiring a Complaints Handler / Administrator for a permanent position. In this role within the successful complaints management team, you will be instrumental in investigating and resolving formal complaints according to company policies and industry regulations. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle formal complaints via letter, phone, and email
  • Conduct thorough investigations in collaboration with other departments
  • Ensure complaints are processed correctly or escalate as needed
  • Collaborate with Team manager on complex cases for resolution
  • Identify areas for operational enhancement to prevent future complaints
  • Communicate complaints procedures to colleagues
  • Follow up on pending matters related to complaint resolution
  • Compile and present customer data to senior management

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in Administration and proficiency in office tools
  • Strong customer service skills both verbally and in writing
  • Prior experience in complaint management
  • Enthusiasm for learning and acquiring new competencies
  • Ability to maintain objectivity and fairness
  • Background in a regulated work environment
