Role Purpose:


We are seeking an Apprentice CRM Administrator to join our CRM & Insights team and take on the responsibility of administering our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and customer master data.

As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop professional skills in the field of business administration while contributing to the continuous adaptation of our CRM system and ensuring accurate customer data management.

As part of this position you will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

Role Responsibilities:

CRM Administration:

  • Assist in the daytoday management of our CRM system, including creation of reports and dashboards, data entry, and system maintenance.
  • Learn to create and update process workflows, templates, and reports to support sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
  • Collaborate with experienced team members to identify and implement CRM enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide basic training and support to endusers on CRM functionalities and processes.

Customer Master Data Management:

  • Learn to manage and maintain customer master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Assist in data entry and updates, following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to approve account requests and proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Learn to implement data quality checks and assist in data cleansing activities.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist in generating regular and ad hoc reports on CRM data and data quality metrics.
  • Learn to analyse customer data to identify insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Support experienced team members in providing insights and recommendations to optimize customer relationship management and business processes.
