The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Administrator to join our client in Warrington on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders efficiently and accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Process returns and resolve any issues
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Make outbound calls to customers to verify product receipt and identify opportunities for upselling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM systems
